HOW SOON CAN I GET RECEIVE THE CABINETS?
We have a big warehouse that stores thousands of cabinets. That’s why we have the ability for immediate supply. As long as our service representative has confirmed the inventory, you can expect your cabinets to be ready in about 1-2 weeks.
HOW DO I GET STARTED ON MY KITCHEN OR BATHROOM?
If you wish to create a kitchen, bath, or office workspace, the staff at our showroom will work with you to interpret your inspirations into that show-stopping, yet functional environment. If you are planning a visit to our showroom, the following is a list of items that would be helpful to bring for your first visit:
WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN ORDER?
For items picked-up in boxes, the customers need to check the quantity of the items. If problems in quality are found after opening the packages, the customers can bring it back to our store to exchange/refund at no extra charge (All exchange/refund items need to be in original packages. Products which are damaged/ assembled/ installed by customers are not qualified to be exchanged or refunded. Products with no damage can be exchanged or refunded by charging 25% restocking fee within 1 month from the pick up date. We provide 1-year warranty for our products.

We accept cash, cheque, debit, and credit cards payment.
DO YOUR CABINETS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Green Castle Cabinets warranties its cabinetry to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood. Some replacement parts are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally supplied. This warranty does not apply to products or parts purchased without a finish. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, non-residential use, or improper installation, storage, or handling.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental or consequential damages (such as labor expenses in uninstalling or installing any material or parts) whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
